    Charter Manager

    Title: Charter Manager

    Reporting to: CCO

    Work Model: Full-time (office based)

    Location: Dubai

    A leadership role with a focus on driving charter revenue through strategic vision and 24/7 team management, providing an incomparable end-to-end solution.

    Summary of Role

    • Lead the charter sales tea, including charter brokers, team leaders, strategic sales and operations team members.
    • Actively contribute to the business revenue through lead generation, key client management, new client and market identification and acquisition
    • Participate in sales and marketing strategy development and implementation
    • Coach and develop the team through all stages of the employee life cycle

    Experience Required:

    • Proven team management (including remote)
    • Proven track record of deal-making in a competitive sales environment
    • Significant experience in Charter Sales or Broking along with Business Development

    Charter Broker

    Title: Charter Broker

    Reporting to: Head of Charters

    Work Model: Full time (office based)

    Location: Dubai /Pristina /Sofia

    Working as part of an international charter broking team, the Charter Broker will provide aircraft charter solutions to the client right from enquiry till completion i.e. managing incoming charter enquiries and sourcing aircraft to match each enquiry with the aim of achieving Contracts between the Client and the Operator, submitting suitable proposals, conducting successful negotiations and administrating the contractual issues of your charters as well as implementing daily Account Management activities and developing the business.


    Identify and build client portfolio through cold calls and networking

    Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion

    Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales

    Updating flight files into the database

    Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business

    Achieve targets set for each financial quarter

    Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads

    Candidate Profile


    • At least 1-2 years of experience in broking/direct sales
    • Developed new business in previous roles through individual sales initiatives
    • Professional in a consultative manner with good use of English “Business Language”
    • Must be willing to work outside of office hours and weekends based on roster
    • A degree of aviation knowledge is desirable
    • Knowledge of the aviation charter market – both client and operator is a plus
