    Contracts Associate – ACMI

    Title                         :       Contracts Associate – ACMI
    Reporting to       :       Director – ACMI Contracts
    Work Model       :       Full time (office based)
    Location               :       Sofia, Bulgaria


    This role will support the ACMI Contracts management team prepare and obtain responses to RFPs and best rates including proactive collation of data pertaining to operators that have leased and ensure best bid available.

    Responsibilities
    1. Contracts Support

    • Aircraft search based on requirements
    • Assist with quick resolutions based on agreed SLAs to support COL revenue growth
    • Contracts implementation on a daily basis to ensure obligations of Lessor and Lessee met and optimum performance the outcome
    • Maintain database update of potential Lessee’s - existing and new
    • Record all actions taken on every enquiry and ensure that all files, where applicable, are accurately and thoroughly completed
    • Recommend development of the system to enable quicker response
    • Report generation on system as required

    2. Commercial Optimisation and Intelligence
    • Identify and report new business opportunities
    • Report other aircraft movements
    • Provide company and contact details for handling agents CAA officers, operators, clients etc

    Candidate Profile
    • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
    • Proactive and results driven with strong attention to detail
    • Willingness to go the extra mile
    • Data driven and process oriented
    • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills
    • Team player to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Excel, Outlook
    • Professional in consultative manner with good use of English “Business Language”
    • Willing to invest long term with the organization
    • Must be willing to working outside of office hours

    Charter Broker

    Title                         :       Charter Broker
    Reporting to       :       Head of Charters
    Work Model       :       Full time (office based)
    Location               :       Dubai /Pristina /Sofia


    Working as part of an international charter broking team, the Charter Broker will provide aircraft charter solutions to client, right from enquiry till completion i.e. managing incoming charter enquiries, sourcing aircraft to match each enquiry with the aim of achieving Contracts between the Client and the Operator, submitting suitable proposals, conducting successful negotiations and administrating the contractual issues of your charters as well as implementing daily Account Management activities and developing the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and build client portfolio through cold calls and networking
    • Generate and manage charter enquiries through to completion
    • Work on finalizing/fixing charter enquiries by negotiating contracts with both operators and clients and closing sales
    • Updating flight files into database
    • Account Management in line with company guidelines to develop and secure future business
    • Achieve targets set for each financial quarter
    • Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads

    Candidate Profile
    Experience
    • At least 1-2 years of experience in broking/direct sales
    • Developed new business in previous roles through individual sales initiatives
    • Professional in consultative manner with good use of English “Business Language”
    • Must be willing to working outside of office hours and weekends based on roster
    • A degree of aviation knowledge is desirable
    • Knowledge of aviation charter market – both client and operator is a plus
