We are looking for Charter Brokers to join our team. We seek candidates looking for a career in aviation with minimum 2 years of aviation or direct sales experience in a comparable industry.


We are growing our Charter Business. As part of the international charter sales broking team, you will have the opportunity to interact with our existing clients, develop a keen sense of understanding needs through conversations and design solutions that exceed our customer’s expectations.


A background serving Key Accounts, Broking and Direct Sales within Wealth Management, Shipping (Cargo or Logistics), MICE and Aviation – industries, will help you succeed in this challenging and commercially focused role.



  • Pro-actively grow and maintain assigned and created client base.
  • Create effective / innovative solutions to regular and unique client needs
  • Responsive to client needs and enquiries
  • Achieve set monthly, quarterly and financial-years targets
  • Grow company prospective leads through regular cold and prospective calling
  • Develop expertise and become valued as advisor to client
  • Ensure client experience is delivered in alignment with company values
  • Conducting targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads
  • Maintaining data accuracy


  • Proven experience in Key Account Management Roles and HNI Account Management
  • Highly alert and responsive to client and broker requirements
  • Professional in a consultative manner
  • Knowledgeable in design of solutions
  • Comfort in using English as the primary business language
  • High level of discipline in account management
  • Sensitive to company proprietary information
  • Eager to grow
